📋 Description

• Carry out charge-up activities, including magazine management, loading, tying and firing blasts • Follow drill and blast plans to ensure safe and effective execution • Provide leadership and guidance to blast crew members • Support the training and development of new team members • Work collaboratively with site teams to deliver exceptional customer service • Contribute to crew leadership and support complex blasting activities when required • Act with integrity, professionalism and respect • Champion the value “Safety is our Priority, Always.”

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced Underground Charge-Up Operator • Current or recent Australian Shotfirer's Licence (preferred) • Minimum 12 months' experience working within an underground charge-up crew • Strong safety focus and commitment to safe work practices • Ability to work effectively in remote underground mining environments • Positive, team-oriented approach to work
