📋 Description

• Take full ownership of online marketing and social media for ORIELLE • Develop campaigns that communicate the philosophy of effective skincare, communicated honestly • Build knowledge-based, authentic marketing initiatives • Implement educational formats such as Skin University and Ask ORIELLE • Make decisions that shape the brand and community for the long term • Take exclusive responsibility for branding, community, and content

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube • Passion for social media, content creation, and digital marketing • Analytical mindset and data-driven optimization skills • Enthusiasm for active-ingredient-based, honest skincare • Entrepreneurial mindset—you want to shape the business, not just contribute to it • Willingness to commit meaningfully, starting at a minimum of 15–20 hours per week • Willingness to work without a salary—equity only
