📋 Description

• Lead key utility projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring goals within established time frames and budgets while maintaining customer satisfaction • Responsible for project profitability, including contract terms, budget management, change orders, scope management, and resource allocation • Ensure consultants maintain the expected level of billable utilization and drive continuous improvement in project management practices • Support the implementation of multi-product solutions aligned with client goals; stay current on PM tools and trends; develop PMO standards; participate in internal audits and reviews; contribute to training plans • Lead kickoff meetings and manage client communications; address issues affecting timelines or satisfaction; escalate when necessary; ensure alignment with scope and delivery objectives • Manage project budgets, including forecast accuracy, burn rate, and profit margins; lead closeout, documentation, and lessons learned
