📋 Description
• As a Salesforce Developer, you’ll help design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions that support our internal teams and business growth. • You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to scalable architecture, and be part of a company where your impact is visible and valued.
🎯 Requirements
• 3–5 years of Salesforce development experience • Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) • Familiarity with declarative tools like Flow, Process Builder, and Validation Rules • Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware like MuleSoft or similar) • Solid understanding of Salesforce security, deployment, and version control tools (Gearset, Copado, etc.) • Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Admin, App Builder, etc.) • Previous experience working with U.S. teams or companies • Good written and spoken English (B2 level or higher) • Located in Costa Rica and legally authorized to work in Costa Rica (citizen, resident, or valid work visa) • Reliable home office setup with a stable internet connection
