📋 Description

• Accurately input and update data from various sources into the firm's databases. • Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness before entry. • Maintain organized records of all data entries and documentation processes. • Work closely with project managers and engineers to gather necessary information. • Process and track various forms, ensuring all relevant information is captured accurately. • Utilize data management software and tools to manage and manipulate data effectively. • Handle sensitive information with discretion and ensure compliance with data protection regulations. • Identify opportunities for improving data entry processes.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associates degree or higher is preferred. • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role, preferably within an engineering or technical environment. • Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and familiarity with data management software.
