📋 Description

• Provide remote technical support to employees, assisting with hardware, software, and network issues. • Monitor IT systems and applications to ensure optimal performance and availability. • Assist in managing data security and integrity, implementing best practices for data storage and retrieval. • Create and maintain user guides, training materials, and documentation for IT systems and processes. • Analyze current IT processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions. • Assist in IT projects related to system upgrades, software implementations, and other technology initiatives. • Support network configuration and troubleshooting, ensuring secure and reliable connectivity for remote employees. • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT. • Prepare reports on IT system performance, user satisfaction, and incident resolution metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • Proven experience as an IT Analyst, IT Support Specialist, or in a similar role, preferably within an engineering or technical environment. • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users. • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
