📋 Description
• Build a greenfield/early-stage platform in a fully hands-on engineering role • Collaborate with a global distributed team (US, India, Eastern Europe) • Engage in heavy coding and engineering tasks
🎯 Requirements
• 15+ years of experience as a Senior Individual Contributor • Strong software engineering fundamentals (non-negotiable) • Experience with Microsoft Stack: .NET / C#, Angular • Experience with Azure Cloud architecture and service selection • Familiarity with DevOps tools: GitHub, Terraform, PowerShell • Ability to work end-to-end: Requirements → Design → Development → Testing → Deployment • Must have a strong “AI story” and actively use AI in development. • Not looking for pure “prompt engineers”; must embed AI into real development workflows.
