📋 Description
• Be the technical pillar of our implementations. • Integrate data and translate client's operational needs. • Guide client's IT, HR and Operations team with our REST API. • Design rigorous testing plans and ensure minimal incident rate. • Work with Project Manager maintaining strategic communication with stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
• At least 3 - 5 years of experience as a Solutions Architect, technical consultant and Implementation architect in SaaS environments. • Comfortable working in Spanish, English, and Portuguese. • Flexibility to travel and adaptability to operate successfully in multicultural environments. • Attention to detail and ownership mindset. • Ability to break down complex operational processes. • Analytical approach to anticipate technical needs. • Ability to manage high-level stakeholders. • Ability to maintain control during critical onboarding phases.
