• Create detailed Mechanical systems with Mechanical calculations, schedules, specifications and technical documentation • Producing drawings and layouts in AutoCAD and/or Revit (BIM) • Coordinating designs with electrical engineers and other disciplines • Assisting with site inspections, surveys, and responding to contractor queries during construction • Supporting project delivery tasks such as document control, tender packs and design reviews • Maintain project documentation in accordance with ISO standards, ensuring up to date records for electrical designs
• Possess a relevant 3rd level qualification in Building Services Mechanical Engineering or a related field • Demonstrate 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, showcasing a track record of successful projects • Results-driven with excellent communication skills • Proven experience in technical submittals, commissioning, and handover procedures • Strong work ethic, ability to work independently and collaboratively • Excellent communicator with good IT skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Project
