📋 Description
• Manage technical coordination of the mechanical package throughout project delivery • Lead client meetings and coordinate all mechanical engineering communications • Manage technical submittals, RFIs and design reviews • Coordinate mechanical, electrical and CSA interfaces to ensure seamless installation • Develop and review commissioning documentation for mechanical systems • Prepare and review method statements and risk assessments • Monitor installation progress and ensure works remain on programme • Assist with cost management, change control and variation assessments • Drive completion of O&M manuals and handover documentation • Support and mentor Mechanical Engineers and Package Managers
🎯 Requirements
• Must have a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a related discipline • Proven experience delivering mechanical packages on large-scale construction projects such as data centres, pharmaceutical, industrial or other mission critical developments • Strong understanding of mechanical commissioning, technical submittals and RFI management • Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skill • Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain high standards of quality and compliance • Proactive approach with strong attention to detail and commitment to professional standards
