• Conduct clinics in a remote primary care setting • Comprehensive medication reviews for patients, focusing on safety, efficacy, and adherence. • Handle Acute/Repeat Medication requests in incoming patient triage requests • Manage incoming sick note requests (training can be provided if necessary) • Meds reconciliation • Look into any clinical queries/complaints raised by our practices involving any of the clinical work at Ortus. • Involvement in onboarding of new practices • Contribute to design of Ortus clinical pathways and protocols • Stay updated with current pharmaceutical and clinical guidelines and contribute to the development of practice protocols. • Leadership and management of the pharmacists at Ortus Health (recruitment, management and performance management - can grow into this role if not already capable).
• Registered pharmacist with current GPhC registration. • Confident Independent Prescriber, who also knows their limits. • Desire to grow and learn. • Experience working in primary care for at least 1 year. • Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and collaborative working. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills. • A commitment to improving healthcare delivery and patient outcomes.
