📋 Description

• Analyze, define, and refactor system components for the payments platform • Build cloud-native components • Develop and operate integrations via APIs, messaging, and events • Implement transaction notifications • Use AWS services and components at the infrastructure layer • Enable Spring schedulers for recurring tasks • Implement observability and analyze system flows using ELK, Grafana, and Kibana • Use DevOps pipelines for validation, builds, and deployments • Create cloud resources with Terraform

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Java and AWS is essential • Java 17, Spring Boot 3.5, Spring Data, Jackson, and Lombok • Maven and Docker for builds and execution • Proven experience with Hexagonal Architecture (ports and adapters) • Strong expertise in rich domain models, DTOs, microservices, and infrastructure adapters • Experience with integrations via APIs, messaging, and events • Experience using Apigee as an API gateway • Strong knowledge of DynamoDB and Parameter Store • Familiarity with SQS for retries and DLQs, SNS, EventBridge, MSK, and Step Functions • Experience with Actuator and Swagger for health checks and documentation • Experience enabling Spring schedulers for recurring tasks • Experience using ELK, Grafana, and Kibana • Experience with cloud-native components, DevOps pipelines, and Terraform • Proactive and self-directed • Comfortable working with Kanban, Scrum, and XP • Strong verbal and written communication skills • AWS or Java certifications and experience with payment platforms are desirable
