• Provide direct patient care via telemedicine (video, phone, messaging) while working with a multidisciplinary team • Provide supervision to a group of APPs (NPs and PAs) who are delivering care in a virtual environment and provide professional & clinical growth • Clinical escalation point for the care delivery team as needed (APPs, RNs, MAs) • Support development of clinical guidelines, continuous improvement of care model, and participate in collaborative projects with Operations and Product team members as a clinical leader • Be accountable for the quality of care of your patients • Other duties as assigned • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Must have full practice licensure in good standing in Florida plus at least three of the following states: Arizona; Arkansas; California; Colorado; District of Columbia; Georgia; Illinois; Massachusetts; Michigan; Nevada; New Hampshire; New Jersey; New York; North Carolina; Ohio; Pennsylvania; Texas, or Virginia. • DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA from accredited program • Board Certification (NCCPA or AANP or ANCC) • 5+ years of primary/urgent care experience 1+ year Experience delivering care in a community-based / in person setting
