📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day support to designated DT department. • Learn how to identify, analyze, and apply information technology business practices to support strategic business process and plans. • Participate as required to design, develop, test, and integrate technology. • Participate in the implementation of information technology and business processes. • Support, evaluate, and continuously improve information technology and business processes to maintain alignment with business plans. • Perform activities accordingly to project plans and schedule.

🎯 Requirements

• Student working towards an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Security, or a related field. • General understanding of information technology and concepts. • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite. • Demonstrated excellence in customer service; verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work independently while prioritizing workload. • Flexible and adaptable to work under deadlines and/or changing needs. • Detailed oriented and quality focused. • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
