📋 Description

• Provide on-site formal service training and instruction on repair & maintenance of Oshkosh products. • Identify and resolve all problems relating to parts, service, and warranty including appropriate stocking levels of service parts. • Responsible for collection and transmission of data relating to any specific service problems, design deficiencies, and general maintenance problems that may occur reported on the Service Request. • Provide field technical service and advice to customer in compliance with predetermined sales obligations. • Deal directly with distribution on end-user service problems. • Provide distributors with the technical information and manuals necessary for the safe operation and proper maintenance of Oshkosh products. • Coordinate schedule changes with manager and company departments. • Establish and provide training & service programs to instruct distributors in the proper maintenance of Oshkosh products. • Recommend modifications for Oshkosh product improvements based on results and/or information obtained in the field. • Assess product performance and customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction with Oshkosh products. • Visit new distributors upon arrival of first pieces of equipment on new models of Oshkosh products. • Communicate any other customer support problems or other issues to the appropriate District Manager. • Represent the Company at regional trade shows and open houses as required. • Always maintain the goodwill of the customer and promote the sale of Company products to existing and potential customers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of relevant work experience OR 11 years of relevant experience, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience • Five plus years of related work experience • Ability to travel up to 60% and overnight
