• Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients. • Handle client queries, investment transactions, renewals, documentation, and follow-ups. • Provide product information and assistance on Mutual Funds, Insurance, Fixed Instruments, etc. • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to existing clients. • Encourage and convert referrals into new business. • Coordinate for client meetings if required (minimal travel). • Maintain CRM and ensure timely follow-ups and service updates.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Basic to moderate knowledge of Indian Financial Markets & Investment Products. • Client servicing or relationship management experience preferred (not mandatory). • Comfortable on camera for client communication or video-based updates (preferred, not mandatory). • Willing to learn and undergo training. • Self-motivated and organized with a service-first attitude.
