📋 Description

• Lead and execute the annual global standard cost update process. • Maintain COGS data, including cost updates for existing items throughout the year. • Monitor and analyze key cost figures and manufacturing variances for sites in Iceland and Poland. • Provide manufacturing management and the Finance Business Partner for Operations with inventory and variance analysis. • Partner with local manufacturing directors on cost control, accounting matters and cost-saving initiatives. • Support Finance Control activities, including quarterly and year-end closing, as well as COGS- and inventory-related analyses and initiatives. • Collaborate with Finance Control, IT, Operations, Finance Business Partners and manufacturing leaders in Iceland and Poland. • Share analysis and insights with stakeholders across the organization. • Work standard business hours, with occasional meetings across time zones when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or related field. • At least 3 years of relevant experience. • Strong analytical skills and confidence in working with financial and operational data. • Experience working in an international environment and coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders. • Fluency in English, both spoken and written; Polish language skills would be an advantage. • Advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL is an advantage. • A project-oriented approach and the ability to independently gather, structure and communicate information. • Interest in developing further toward data analytics and using data to support business decisions. • Candidates for fully remote cooperation must be based in Poland.
