📋 Description

• Define and lead the European procurement strategy for direct materials and finished goods. • Align sourcing across Europe while respecting local market dynamics. • Design and implement a centralized procurement model for Patient Care. • Transition clinics from local buying to structured, value-driven procurement. • Build trust with clinicians, operations, and business leaders. • Drive savings, standardization, and working capital improvements. • Provide clear performance insights to senior leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced procurement leader with proven impact in healthcare, med-tech, or regulated environments. • Proven track record in building or transforming procurement functions. • Strong people leader and change driver. • Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders across functions and geographies. • Commercially sharp, analytical, and structured in your approach. • Master’s degree (Business, Supply Chain, or similar) is a plus; CIPS/MCIPS is a plus.
