📋 Description

• Provides primary fiscal support to the Department of Anesthesiology. • Processes and tracks all purchasing transactions including procurement, travel and reimbursement requests. • Maintains records on purchasing and provides effective fiscal management and ongoing fiscal analysis. • Prepares budget projections relying on historical data. • Resolves discrepancies and problem-solves issues related to procurement and travel. • Serves as point of contact to faculty and staff on appropriate fiscal procedures. • Enters monthly supplemental pay transactions with attention to detail and accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• Financial Analyst II qualifications. • Experience with fiscal transactions including payment requests, travel reimbursements, expense reports, procurement card reallocation, and travel requests. • Knowledge of University and Med. Center, and Departmental policies and procedures.
