📋 Description

• Build, harden, and extend a multi-agent sourcing system • Own meaningful components of the production agentic stack • Build observability and evaluation infrastructure to determine when the agent performs correctly • Integrate the agent with supplier systems, document workflows, and internal operations • Propose and ship experiments involving new models, memory architectures, and context strategies • Read AI research papers and implement production primitives • Monitor the system operating against real supplier conversations

🎯 Requirements

• Based in the Philippines • Legal authorization to work in the Philippines • Deep, hands-on experience building and shipping agentic or multi-agent systems • AI-assisted default coding workflow and ability to articulate why and where it works • Proactive experimentation with new AI concepts • Experience building observability and evaluation systems for AI products, including traces, evals, replay, and regression detection • Practical builder mindset • Nice to have: production experience with LLM memory, persistent context, or context engineering at scale • Nice to have: open source contributions in the agent or evaluation space • Nice to have: background working across time zones
