📋 Description

• Own end-to-end commerce operations from order creation and customer collection through sourcing, supplier payment, fulfillment, reconciliation, and exception handling • Ensure every transaction becomes the required order, customer payment, supplier payment, or reconciliation event, with clear ownership and no handoff gaps • Define owners, SLAs, handoff rules, required data, approval and control points, escalation paths, and recurring operating mechanisms • Identify duplicate entry, manual updates, unnecessary steps, and spreadsheet-heavy workflows; eliminate, standardize, or automate them • Partner with Growth, Finance, Product, and Tech to implement systems and workflow improvements • Manage the Conversion operations team across account management, sourcing, and logistics • Work cross-functionally with Product, Tech, GTM, Finance, and other teams to improve the end-to-end operating system • Report directly to the Head of Growth, with a dotted line to the Founder/CEO

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in e-commerce, marketplace, or transaction-platform operations • Hands-on ownership of order, payment, fulfillment, reconciliation, and exception-handling workflows • People management experience, including managing an operations team, setting expectations and operating cadence, and building accountability • Strong operational and systems mindset; ability to create clear workflows, controls, SLAs, ownership, and scalable operating mechanisms • Numbers-first thinking; ability to reconcile amounts, identify missing orders or collections, understand margins and payment logic, and detect financial or operational leakage • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills • Professional English and Chinese • Experience improving or automating workflows strongly preferred • Must be based in the Philippines • Legal authorization to work in the Philippines
