📋 Description

• Manage approximately 100 concurrent cases from contract signature through final resolution • Serve as the dedicated point of contact through continuous inbound and outbound calls and texts • Guide families through the service process and build trust and rapport • Coordinate transportation, documentation, cremation scheduling, and ashes return with internal teams and vendors • Maintain meticulous and timely documentation across all systems • Use HubSpot, Aircall, Slack, GSuite, and the internal case management system to build context, triage workflows, and solve problems • Collaborate on coverage, escalations, urgent case needs, and smooth case handoffs • Anticipate downstream impacts and maintain continuity of care

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years owning a caseload or book of accounts end-to-end — case management, patient or client coordination, claims handling, or similar • Strong written and spoken English • Ability to manage 100+ cases simultaneously while maintaining meticulous record-keeping and documentation • Clear, calm communication and comfort managing most of the workday via phone and text • High accountability, proactive ownership, client-experience focus, follow-through, and creative problem-solving • Tech-savvy and highly organized; able to work across multiple systems and triage daily priorities • Home setup that supports the work • Spanish fluency is a bonus, not a requirement
