📋 Description

• Conduct feasibility studies for potential hotel management deals • Participate in bidding or tendering processes, including market research and underwriting of potential projects • Track and establish pickup trends and occupancy history, and provide recommendations to management • Conduct market research and generate investment and development leads through contacts with developers, lending institutions, independent hotel operators, hotel brokers, hotel consultants and government tourism bodies • Track new project pipelines and maintain deal and contact databases • Develop financial projections, presentations, proposals and pitch materials for business development opportunities • Work with internal stakeholders, including hotel operations and technical services teams, to prepare proposals • Develop and implement business development strategies to grow the business and secure new hotel management contracts • Support the company’s strategic growth and business development efforts • Work on deals from origination stage through contract conclusion, reporting to the Director of Development

🎯 Requirements

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in either Hospitality, Business, Real Estate or a related field, from a recognised institution • Relevant experience in the hospitality or real estate industry preferred • Minimum 2–4 years’ working experience in an analyst, associate or consultancy role in a hospitality or real estate related field • Well versed in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word, including financial modelling, graphs charting and presentations • Be an independent learner, team player and enjoy working within a dynamic group and fast paced environment • Be meticulous and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and in an organized way • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills with strong logical thinking capability • Ability to communicate efficiently to various stakeholders • Proficient research experience with ability to independently collect and evaluate economic and local market data
