• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages in English and Spanish • Respond to tenant inquiries regarding rent payments, maintenance requests, and leasing • Assist with move-in/move-out coordination, lease renewals, and rental listings • Receive and log maintenance requests from tenants • Maintain property management systems such as AppFolio, Buildium, or Propertyware • Follow up on outstanding balances and issue payment reminders
• Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, leasing, or administrative support • Prior experience working with U.S.-based property management companies preferred • Proficiency in property management software (AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi, or Propertyware) • Strong computer literacy — Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools • Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) — required
