📋 Description

• Develop strong partnerships with growers • Provide agronomic support and technical guidance to improve sweet potato productivity, crop quality, and forecast accuracy • Build and maintain relationships with farmers • Conduct regular field inspections across assigned plots • Monitor key performance indicators and provide timely recommendations • Analyze agronomic data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement • Design and execute agronomic field trials from different technical perspectives • Prepare monthly production forecasts to support extraction site planning and consistent supply visibility • Support additional sourcing and agronomic activities as required • Report to the Category Manager; no direct reports

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy, Agribusiness, or related Agricultural Sciences • 2–5 years of experience in agronomy, crop management, or agricultural production • Intermediate English • Advanced Microsoft Office • Agronomic data analysis • Crop monitoring and field management • Agricultural mechanization and new technologies • Budget and cost analysis • Valid driver's license • Excellent communication skills • Strong analytical thinking • Results orientation • Ability to build relationships with growers and stakeholders • Planning and organizational skills • Problem-solving mindset • Adaptability and continuous improvement focus • Portuguese is considered an advantage • SAP experience is not required
