📋 Description
• Prepare business plan for area of operations • Plan & schedule jobs in consultation with the team • Monitor job as per schedule and visit site • Handle Construction completions while monitoring and interacting with clients • Ensure 100% adherence to Safety & Quality • Conduct field education training and perform field safety audits
🎯 Requirements
• Degree / Diploma in an Engineering discipline • 5+ years of elevator industry experience preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong leadership skills, goal-orientated, and good decision-making skills • Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
