📋 Description

• Troubleshoot and analyze Workday security issues with HR business • Partner with various HRT Leads and cross functional teams to gather requirements, recommend, configure, test and deliver security related configuration needed for new functionality and change requests • Deep knowledge of Workday security configuration to recommend, streamline and simplify security roles and groups • Execute WD Security role assignment audits, analyze results and address any issue • Respond to all audits and ensure compliance with Workday governance model • Create, configure, test and maintain all types of Workday security groups • Update security groups: business process and domain security policies as needed • Assign role and user-based security groups to users as needed • Document all security processes as needed including any security changes and enhancements • Provide recommendations on security updates/enhancements to drive the efficiency of security model • Lead discussions with cross functional teams and key stakeholders as needed • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of experience in Workday Security Configuration and Administration including experience with Workday Business Process/Reporting/HCM/Complex Security configuration • Experience in a technical environment with strong ability to configure Workday HR/Security knowledge in a global workspace • Experience with security and compliance audits required • Workday Security Pro certification a plus • Will need to be available during U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours. • Fluency in English
