📋 Description

• Lead all aspects of a large-scale and complex project, monitors activities, allocates resources, drives strategic planning, and assigns tasks to ensure targets are met • Identify and participate in process improvements initiatives • Partner with Local PM to oversee and manage the lifecycle and operational aspects of Skyrise major projects • Work with internal departments and HRCLC to ensure project completion • Contribute to the development of project plans, action trackers and delivery schedules • Focus on identifying project problems and strategizing resolutions • Ability to travel up to 10%

🎯 Requirements

• Working knowledge of New Equipment elevator sales, the installation process, and elevator components required • Previous Otis experience in engineering, sales, project management or supply management • Experience using Microsoft Office, eLogistics, and JD Edwards • Elevator industry experience, particularly with New Equipment Skyrise products and elevator construction • Requires a high school diploma or associate degree (or equivalent 2-year post-high school training) with at least 4 years of relevant experience. • Given the nature of the position, applicants must have authorization to work in the U.S. now and in the future without sponsorship.
