📋 Description

• Contributes to the development of the ecosystem strategic business plan • Engages with Key Influencers, Local Practice Leaders, healthcare providers, and patients’ groups • Builds and cultivates external relationships with key scientific and medical customers • Develops and maintains a deep understanding of the ecosystem • Disseminates disease state and healthcare landscape information to customers • Collects and submits medical insights that drive decision making • Assists with Otsuka’s clinical trials program • Supports other areas of the organization including Safety & Pharmacovigilance

🎯 Requirements

• MD/DO, PharmD or PhD in life sciences required • Understanding of the interconnectivity of health systems • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in pharmaceutical industry Medical Affairs • Previous training or experience in CNS disease is preferred • Strong business acumen • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Strong conflict resolution skills • Ability to lead others and project teams strategically • Strong understanding of industry legal, regulatory, and compliance landscape • Ability to work in an ambiguous environment undergoing transformation
