📋 Description
• Administer backend dimensions, including GL codes, departments, and projects, to ensure accurate invoice coding • Set up and maintain electronic payment profiles, including ACH, while validating and securing banking data • Perform Item Validation mapping for line-item data • Set up, test, and maintain EDI connections between Ottimate, clients, and vendor partners • Map data fields so invoices and credits, including 810 transaction sets, translate correctly between systems • Monitor daily EDI transmissions and resolve failed or rejected transactions • Troubleshoot data mismatches using SQL or other data-querying tools • Onboard vendors onto EDI and run test transactions before go-live • Collaborate with vendors, customers, engineering, technical support, and data operations teams • Document EDI specifications, mapping guides, vendor requirements, client configurations, and EDI logic • Perform bulk data uploads, scrubbing, normalization, and maintenance of vendor lists and charts of accounts • Conduct statement reconciliation audits and resolve discrepancies • Maintain data accuracy across active client environments • Execute ongoing AP processing tasks in Ottimate Concierge environments • Identify Concierge workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements • Partner on the operational design and scoping of new Concierge engagements • Contribute to a repeatable operational playbook as the Concierge model scales • Serve as the super-user resource for technical, configuration, and EDI requests • Partner with Solution Architects and Enablement Consultants on complex client configurations • Create technical documentation and configuration guides
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years in a data operations, technical implementation, ERP administration, or fintech support role • 2–3 years of hands-on EDI connection experience, or equivalent experience in a similar integration-focused role • Familiarity with EDI standards (ANSI X12) and transaction sets (e.g., 810 invoice); comfort working with flat files as an EDI alternative • Hands-on experience with data mapping, bulk data management, or system configuration in a SaaS or financial operations environment • Experience working across multiple client environments and vendor connections simultaneously • SQL or data-querying skills sufficient to trace issues through a data pipeline • Precision-first mindset and strong attention to accuracy • Process-oriented approach and ability to document repeatable workflows • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and troubleshooting skills • Comfort with ambiguity and incomplete information • Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines with minimal supervision • Strong collaboration, responsiveness, and communication skills • Curiosity about how systems connect and the full data flow
