📋 Description

• Discuss, plan, build and test new features • Bring learnings from previous roles and experiences to build new fintech innovations for businesses • Collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define the user experience • Triage and fix bugs, often working directly with users • Manage code reviews through Pull Requests while maintaining unit tests and quality • Help migrate modules into independent micro-services • Work on product features affecting tens of thousands of customers • Contribute to new product efforts and help take ideas to market

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience working on web applications using modern software engineering processes • Proficient in Python and Django • Expertise in Django is must • Debugging complex database performance issues • Built performant and scalable backends and made pragmatic tradeoffs • Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical topics clearly and concisely • Experience working in an early-stage startup is a huge plus • Fintech / Accounting experience is a nice to have • ERP / Accounting Systems integrations experience is a nice to have • Exposure to Purchase Orders is a nice to have • AWS DevOps is a nice to have • Product sense is a nice to have
