📋 Description

• Identification and analysis of potential targets as well as initiation of transactions • Support in due diligence processes • Support in contract negotiations • Preparation of business plans and company valuations • Development of integration concepts and target operating models • Milestone and financial tracking of completed projects • Close collaboration with the executive board and key stakeholders in Corporate Strategy and M&A

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed Master’s degree • Relevant professional experience in a leading management consultancy or in the strategy/M&A department of a large international company • Strong analytical and conceptual skills • Solution-oriented working style • Excellent communication skills in German and English • Open personality and strong team player
