• Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required) • Experience in insurance sales, financial services, or a related consultative sales role • Strong background in networking, lead generation, and client relationship management • Comfortable creating and executing local marketing campaigns (both online and offline) • Self-starter with excellent time management skills and the ability to work remotely and independently • Located in the Greater Phoenix area for client familiarity and potential in-person networking opportunities
