📋 Description

• Conduct daily LinkedIn prospecting within the logistics, transportation, freight, and shipping industries • Research companies and identify key decision-makers and potential clients • Build and maintain targeted B2B prospect lists • Send personalized LinkedIn connection requests, messages, and follow-ups • Qualify prospects and convert conversations into qualified leads and appointments • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools when available • Conduct email and other outbound campaigns as needed • Track leads, conversations, follow-ups, and results in the CRM • Engage with relevant LinkedIn content and communities to generate opportunities • Meet daily/weekly KPIs for outreach, leads, and appointments

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, business development, appointment setting, or similar roles • Proven experience with LinkedIn prospecting and outreach • Logistics, freight, transportation, or supply chain experience is a plus • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Strong research, prospecting, and follow-up skills • Comfortable with cold outreach and initiating conversations • Experience with CRM and sales/prospecting tools • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently • Willing to work US Business Hours
