📋 Description

• Monitor the onboarding and registration process for new Non-Resident Investor (INR) clients. • Liaise with the legal department when document changes related to the area are required. • Submit INR registrations to the CVM (Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission) and the Central Bank. • Coordinate with the custody team on procedures related to investors' assets. • Manage and organize received documentation. • Support requests from other departments when related to the product. • Monitor billing of clients' quarterly and annual fees. • Respond to inquiries and requests from INR clients. • Analyze the legality and economic rationale of INR currency operations. • Hold meetings with INR clients (sometimes in English). • Contact and assist clients and law firms to clarify requested transactions.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Law, or International Trade. • Advanced English for reading, writing and speaking (will participate in meetings in English). • Knowledge of processes related to onboarding, registration (CVM and Central Bank) and monitoring of INR clients for capital market investments (legal representation and custody under Joint Resolution 13). • Familiarity with relevant legislation and its amendments (CVM and Central Bank) related to legal representation activities. • Basic knowledge of securities. • Availability to work on Avenida Paulista 4 days per week.
