📋 Description
• Creating accurate 2D floor plans and room layouts • Developing high-quality 3D interior renders • Producing 3D walkthroughs, animations, or interactive models • Designing practical, stylish, and functional residential interiors • Selecting furniture, décor, finishes, lighting, and materials • Preparing detailed furniture and materials lists, including specifications, estimated pricing, and sourcing links where required • Designing within agreed budgets and client requirements • Working remotely with stakeholders and responding to feedback efficiently • Managing your own workload and keeping design tasks moving
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years’ experience in residential interior design • A strong portfolio showing 2D layouts, 3D renders, and walkthrough or visualisation work • Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Blender, Lumion, Enscape, or similar • Good understanding of space planning, lighting, materials, finishes, and practical home design • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Strong attention to detail • Good written and spoken English • Ability to collaborate with an international client and apply feedback professionally
