📋 Description

• Define elegant product experiences that accelerate sales workflows for the Guide CI Product area • Craft system architectures, user flows, interaction models, and visual UI designs for AI-powered features • Present design strategies, concepts, and prototypes to team and leadership • Balance customer needs, business goals, and technical considerations to ship impactful product enhancements • Collaborate with Product Designers and expand the design system • Partner with Product Managers to shape product vision, conduct customer interviews, gather insights, and run usability studies • Work with Product, Engineering, and Marketing partners to advance product capabilities and streamline user flows • Become an expert in sales personas, workflows, and user needs • Evangelize AI-enabled design tools and processes within the design team • Help build an inclusive design culture across teams in the US, Czechia, and India • Join Outreach’s Managed Services team to build customers’ AI Agents beyond implementation • Own a portfolio of strategic accounts and guide customers through best practices and hands-on configuration • Configure and troubleshoot Outreach capabilities, including AI • Provide technology and business consulting, solution design, and project management • Collaborate with Customer Success and Account Executives • Own Managed Services KPIs and report to the Practice Manager • Manage an average QoQ utilization rate of 70%, focusing on Amplify credit and product consumption to support renewals and minimize churn and contraction

🎯 Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience shaping product visions for AI-powered products, creating design concepts, customer journeys, visual UI designs, and interaction details • Curiosity about latest technologies and regular experimentation with AI • Experience leading design for a major feature area or new zero-to-one product independently • Ability to work autonomously and lead collaborative workshops across disciplines • Ability to define new product propositions and solve significant interaction complexity, especially for AI-powered features • Deep understanding of emerging design patterns and best practices for AI products • Experience designing and prototyping with AI design tooling, including conversational AI assistants, agentic automation workflows, prompt authoring patterns, observability, and human-in-the-loop experiences • Skilled in presenting and explaining work, process, decisions, and rationale to cross-functional stakeholders • Ability to produce vision concepts, information architecture, low-fidelity wireframes, user flows, prototypes, detailed visual designs, and design specifications • Ability to work in fast-paced agile teams across multiple projects • Experience participating in and driving research activities • Systems-thinking ability and experience using, proposing, and extending design-system components and patterns • Experience improving design processes through methods, frameworks, and tools • 10+ years of experience in digital product design, UX design, interaction design, or software-product design • Preferably at least 1 year at Staff or Lead level • Clear and succinct written and verbal communication • Inclusive, transparent collaboration style and strong stakeholder-management skills • Portfolio link, CV and/or LinkedIn profile, and explanation of interest in Outreach required in the application
