📋 Description

• Set up project profiles in Buildertrend • Manage drawing logs and maintain organized digital job-site workflows • Translate master project schedules between Microsoft Project and Buildertrend • Ensure daily progress and weekly look-ahead schedules reflect real-time field operations • Compile RFIs • Assemble submittal packages • Track material selections • Audit daily logs • Verify incoming subcontractor and supplier invoices against completed schedule phases

🎯 Requirements

• Solid understanding of residential construction phases and terminology • Ability to spot schedule variances and manage moving pieces with high precision • Professional written and verbal English communication • Ability to coordinate between project managers, field superintendents, and external trade partners • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and take ownership of administrative workflows • Hands-on experience using Buildertrend for project management • Familiarity reading Microsoft Project schedules • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets • Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Slack • Dedicated, private, distraction-free home workspace in the Philippines • High-performance computer • Dual monitors • High-speed fiber internet with backup solutions • Noise-canceling headset
