📋 Description

• Utilize Go High Level CRM and LinkedIn Navigator to manage and reach out to potential leads. • Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups through email, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. • Use Snov.io scripting to engage with leads and ensure consistent messaging. • Schedule and confirm appointments for James Evanow, ensuring his calendar is efficiently filled. • Maintain and update lead records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date CRM data. • Develop rapport with potential clients through professional and engaging communication. • Handle basic administrative tasks related to appointment setting and lead follow-ups.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in appointment setting, virtual assistance, or a related sales support role. • Strong proficiency in Go High Level CRM, LinkedIn Navigator, and Snov.io. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a neutral accent for seamless client interaction. • Ability to build relationships and engage prospects effectively. • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. • Comfortable working Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours in a part-time capacity, with the potential to transition into a full-time role as the business grows. • Previous experience working with entrepreneurs, business coaches, or in a digital marketing/consulting environment would be a plus for the role
