Outsourced Doers is a managed growth-support service that installs a proven marketing 'Doing Blueprint', provides a fully trained marketing virtual assistant (“Doer”) tailored to a client’s industry, and delivers ongoing founder coaching and community support. They combine strategy, staffing, training (160+ hours per Doer), and operational support (design, tech, HR management) so small businesses, coaches, consultants, eCommerce brands, agencies, and real estate professionals can offload marketing and admin tasks and scale without burnout.

📋 Description

• Own features from concept to deployment • Design, build, test, and release production-ready software • Refactor and improve existing codebases • Debug and maintain AI-generated applications • Improve scalability, maintainability, and performance • Create technical documentation and design decisions • Collaborate with globally distributed teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Full-Stack Engineering experience • Strong React development experience • Strong Node.js and TypeScript experience • Strong PostgreSQL experience • Production React Native experience with shipped applications • Experience maintaining and improving code written by others • Strong testing, code quality, and software architecture practices • Excellent written English communication skills • Experience owning projects from requirements through deployment
