📋 Description
• Manage a high volume of loan applications from start to finish, ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements • Efficiently identify and request missing documentation from borrowers, maintaining timely loan progression • Accurately assess borrower's borrowing capacity based on financial information and lender guidelines • Conduct comprehensive loan analysis to determine loan eligibility and structure • Demonstrate proficiency in HubSpot and Infinity to manage customer data and loan information effectively • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients, providing exceptional customer service • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless loan processing and closing • Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and policies
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in loan processing, preferably with experience in handling complex loan applications • Broker-side experience in the lending end-to-end process • Proficiency in using loan processing software (e.g., Infinity, HubSpot) and online application platforms (e.g., AOL) • Recent or current experience in the AU Mortgage industry • Ability to work with the Zoom camera open during shift
