• Manage the full end-to-end sales cycle for residential construction projects across New South Wales • Generate new residential construction opportunities through referrals and networking • Conduct virtual consultations and present company capability • Collaborate with estimators to develop pricing proposals • Handle objections and pricing negotiations • Convert qualified opportunities into signed building contracts • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasting
• Minimum 5+ years experience in Australian residential building and construction sales • Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle • Converting residential construction clients • Achieving revenue targets • Strong understanding of NSW residential building process • DA/CDC pathways • Pre-construction timelines • Confident negotiator and closer • Excellent virtual sales and presentation skills • Strong CRM and pipeline management discipline
