• Generate leads through online research, databases, social media, and inbound/outbound campaigns • Qualify potential clients for residential and commercial sales, leasing, and property management • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and SMS follow-ups to convert enquiries into appointments • Book appointments for agents including appraisals, inspections, and sales or leasing discussions • Coordinate closely with sales, leasing, and property management teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM • Track lead status, contact details, properties, and follow-up activities • Assist with marketing campaigns aimed at attracting property owners, tenants, and investors • Support listing and promotional initiatives as required
• 2–3 years experience in Australian real estate lead generation, appointment setting, or telemarketing • Solid understanding of residential and commercial property sales, leasing, and rental processes • Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills • Highly organised and able to manage multiple leads efficiently • Experience using CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or property-specific systems (preferred, not mandatory)
