📋 Description

• Identify and generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms • Schedule and coordinate sales presentations or site walk-throughs with potential clients • Develop and send customized cleaning service proposals • Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships • Support the sales team in closing service agreements and preparing onboarding documents • Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in lead generation or B2B sales, ideally within cleaning services, janitorial, or facility management • Strong communication, negotiation, and lead-qualification skills • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently • Comfortable with cold outreach and high-volume lead sourcing • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (for AU meetings if required) • Experience with CRM tools is a plus
