• Identify and qualify Australian businesses that require transport services. • Focus on finding companies that ship boxes, pallets, machinery, containers, or have ongoing freight needs. • Secure warm, qualified leads for the Sales & Operations Team. • Find businesses that need transport, including those with B2B shipping needs seeking better service. • Research Australian businesses using tools such as Google Maps, LinkedIn, and industry directories. • Call businesses to qualify their current transport needs and pain points. • Log all leads and activities in the CRM and track status of leads. • Prepare weekly summary reports of lead volume and opportunities created.
• 2-5 years in outbound sales, lead generation, telesales, or B2B customer service. • Experience finding B2B customers for transport/logistics is highly advantageous. • Australian market experience preferred (familiar with metro freight patterns and industrial zones). • Strong phone communication and confidence calling Australian businesses. • Able to quickly identify whether a business ships freight. • Excellent researching and list-building ability. • Strong objection handling and ability to create interest. • Organised, reliable, and comfortable managing a high-volume lead funnel.
