📋 Description

• Verify patients' insurance coverage and benefits for dental. • Obtain PPO insurance breakdown of coverage • Submit and track Medicaid claims, ensuring timely and accurate processing. • Follow up on unpaid or denied claims and work with insurance companies to resolve issues. • Ensure coding accuracy to maximize reimbursement and prevent claim denials. • Follow up missed calls via phone call and messaging. • Send online appointment link to patients wanting to schedule cleanings, emergencies or consultant only • Ensure coding accuracy to maximize reimbursement and prevent claim denials. • Record PPO and Medicaid insurance verifications in the Patient record system.

🎯 Requirements

• Min 2.5 Proven years • Proven experience as a Dental Billing Specialist, Medical Biller, or similar role. • Experience in Insurance Verification knowledge in Dental • Proficiency in dental billing software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental) and medical billing systems. • Experience with PPO insurance is preferred.
