📋 Description

• Run paid campaigns that convert • Manage, optimise, and scale campaigns across Meta and Google (Search, Display, and YouTube). • Build smart targeting strategies, test creative variations, and refine for performance. • Track and improve key metrics like CTR, CPA, and ROAS. • Own SEO performance. • Conduct keyword research, site audits, and implement on-page and off-page optimisations. • Work closely with content and creative teams to ensure SEO supports storytelling and conversion goals. • Report on rankings, organic growth, and long-term impact. • Turn data into action. • Analyse results and translate insights into clear, strategic recommendations. • Build and maintain reporting dashboards that make performance simple to understand. • Identify opportunities for testing and growth across all channels. • Partner with creative, strategy, and client teams to ensure campaigns align with business objectives and brand values. • Stay curious about platform updates, tools, and trends — and bring new ideas to the table.

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years’ experience in performance marketing or digital growth. • Proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns. • Solid understanding of SEO, analytics, and conversion tracking. • Comfort with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and data reporting tools. • Analytical mindset with a creative edge — you know how to balance art and numbers. • Experience working with purpose-driven or creative brands is a plus.
