• Experience Minimum of 2.5 years of prior experience in marketing, advertising, or related roles (including internships, part-time work, or extracurricular activities). • Proven track record working with clothing or fashion brands is strongly preferred. • Experience in managing paid advertisement campaigns, especially across Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms. • Digital Marketing & Tools Proficient in digital marketing, including campaign strategy, content execution, and performance optimization. • Familiar with key marketing tools/platforms such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, HubSpot, and ad management platforms. • Hands-on experience with Shopify and understanding of eCommerce-related marketing strategies. • Able to read and interpret data analytics to guide decisions and refine strategies. • Content Creation & Communication Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling and on-brand content for a variety of digital channels, including paid ads and organic social posts. • Skilled in content creation tailored to specific audiences across different platforms. • Stays up to date with the latest social media trends and best practices. • Organizational Skills Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Capable of working independently and taking initiative while being a collaborative team player with creative problem-solving skills. • Responsiveness & Client Communication Highly responsive and assertive, with the ability to communicate effectively and promptly. • Must be easily reachable via WhatsApp, as per the client’s communication preference.
