📋 Description

• Medical billing and insurance follow-up • Reviewing claims, denials, and payment issues • Organizing and maintaining office systems • Creating and documenting procedures • Managing operational tasks and priorities • Identifying problems before they become bigger issues • Supporting scheduling, communication, and administrative coordination

We are looking for someone who enjoys: solving problems, organizing information, and bringing clarity to chaos. • The right person thrives on details, follows through consistently, and can also think critically about how to improve systems over time. • You should enjoy: reviewing reports and identifying issues, documentation improving efficiency, organizing data, maintaining consistency. • This position is ideal for someone who naturally: works sequentially and methodically, loves checklists and systems, notices inconsistencies, enjoys creating order, communicates clearly and directly, and can adapt when processes change. • At the same time, we value someone who can: think independently, innovate solutions, and help us build the practice. • Bonus if you have experience with: medical billing, healthcare administration, acupuncture or wellness practices, insurance verification, process improvement, or operations coordination.
