📋 Description

• Work directly with clients to understand business requirements, identify gaps, and translate requirements into Microsoft Dynamics 365 functional solutions • Lead functional activities across Dynamics 365 F&O implementation projects • Conduct business process analysis and facilitate requirement-gathering and design workshops • Design functional solutions and document business requirements, functional designs, configurations, processes, and key decisions • Support the full implementation lifecycle, including analysis and requirement definition, solution design, configuration, testing, user training, UAT, data migration, go-live, and post-go-live support • Provide functional leadership and guidance to junior functional consultants • Review deliverables prepared by junior consultants and help maintain project quality • Identify functional issues, risks, scope gaps, and dependencies, and proactively communicate them to the PM and project team • Work closely with Project Managers, technical consultants, developers, and other stakeholders to drive projects to successful completion

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics ERP experience preferred • At least 3 years working independently as a Senior Functional Consultant or equivalent role • Hands-on implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O • Experience leading client-facing requirement gathering and solution design • Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes • Experience across multiple phases of ERP implementation projects • Ability to independently identify issues and propose practical solutions • Strong documentation and communication skills • Ability to mentor and lead junior consultants • Experience working with manufacturing clients in the United States preferred • Experience with global implementation projects preferred • Experience supporting Japanese companies or multinational organizations preferred • Experience in pre-sales, estimates, project planning, or solution architecture is a plus
